Is there any highly compressed GTA V under 5 GB which works?

1. No.. you cannot find the whole game just under 5 GB as its original setup size is only somewhere around 31–35gb. But if you want you can download it in parts from Black Box Repack - Official Black Box Repack site - PC games and PC repacks.
2. Don't even think about it, After installation, it goes 60GB + moreover you need additional space for saved games for in-game progress
3. I  am sorry to say this but No.
   GTA5 is almost a 60 to 70 Gb game in total. The most it could be compressed would be like 30 to 40 GB and that too with the best compressors available. Anything lower than that would mean that some component of the game like audio has been removed. And there is absolutely no way such a large game can be compressed to 5 GB without loss of data. So, there is no way a 5 GB compressed version of GTA 5 would ever work.
